By purchasing from the Supplier, the Customers agree to the terms and conditions, detailed on this Website. The Customer should assess any features or limitations of the Supplier's products that might affect the decision to purchase them. These can be found in the product descriptions and may include the following: age-group restrictions, structural weight limits, certification limitations, requirements for adult supervision, domestic use only, the requirement for self-assembly, pre-order lead times etc. All orders are subject to availability and the Supplier will not be held liable for any issues, be it financial or other, that might arise from the unavailability of products.

In order to transact with the Supplier, the Customer must be 18 years of age (or older) and possess a valid method of payment. The Supplier retains the right to refuse any request made by the Customer. Upon acceptance of an order, the Supplier will inform the Customer by email and will forward the appropriate information. When placing an order, the Customer alone is responsible for ensuring that all details provided to the Supplier are true and accurate and that they hold the required authorisation to make a payment. In the event that incorrect details are provided, the Supplier reserves the right to redeem from the Customer, any additional shipping charges incurred. The Supplier also reserves the right to change product pricing without prior notice.

The Customer may store, print and display the content supplied solely for their own personal use. The Customer is not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content made available on the Website.
